Join Environmental Encounters on this 8 day, small group expedition
on the Cape to Cape Track in the Leeuwin-Naturaliste National Park
Just a few hours south of Perth
there is a stunning peninsula projecting into the beautiful Indian
Ocean. The lush green flora of the Leeuwin-Naturaliste National
Park is the perfect companion for the rich cyan colours of the ocean.
For 7 days we will walk along this limestone ridge, perched on a
basement of ancient granite rock as we follow the Cape to Cape track.
On the Cape to Cape Track, you
will experience the abundance of fantastic flora, fauna and historical
geology that attracts walkers from all over the world.
Your Cape to Cape Track experience
is guaranteed to leave you feeling completely invigorated and refreshed
by your experience. You will also feel a sense of accomplishment
having become an End to Ender- one of the lucky people
to have walked the entire Cape to Cape Track. Official numbered
certificates are supplied by the Friends of the Cape to Cape Track.
This is a small group walking
expedition. Our experienced staff (one walking guide and one backup
driver/cook) will assist you on the expedition.
During the walk, a local interpretative
guide will join you for a day. She will provide interpretation of
the diverse flora, fauna and geology along the way.
Thank
you Environmental Encounters. Your staffs caring attitude
and attention to detail gave me confidence from the moment we set
off. To say I enjoyed my week walking the Cape to Cape Track is
an understatement. I had a ball as well as taking in the nature
experience which in itself was staggeringly beautiful. At my age
too, I was pretty proud of myself to become an End to Ender
by completing the whole walk.
